I bought it at good old Woolies and it was a very simple soft body and head with a plastic face. Came in blue or pink (I had blue) and it had a butterfly outline sewn on the tummy. The head had a hood (non-removable) with a little frill around the face. It was only £2.99 I think so nothing fancy!
Have a desperately sad little girl as Mummy lost her!
