What's happened to Sarah Cawood

I feel a bit mean starting this thread, because I really like her, but what has happened to her? Didn't she used to be quite funky and hip? She's younger than me but seems to have got stuck in some kind of awful attempt to be all Tess Daly-like. It doesn't suit her. Why is she reduced to doing the lottery?
