Lost White Bunny Rabbit holding Baby Bunny - Mothercare 2004

Please help us find a replacement for my daughters beloved bunny rabbit! We got it from Mothercare in 2004. It is about 12cm high, white and is holding a matching little baby rabbit. We miss it so much!!
