I'm getting to the stage where I'm gagging for a drink at 11 in the morning

not good.

there have been the odd occasions where i've had a glass with my lunch....at home....but if i was working it would be prefectly acceptable to go out at lunch and have a couple of glasses

ok you can see them now ! i am going out at 5.30 ish for dinner ,thank god for that no cooking tonight

i spent an hour masking a lasagne earlier for the dc (even made my own cheese sauce!) and guess what they had for lunch at school.......
