dd nearly passed out with embarrassment at her mum saying "cool"

I'm sure it's your job as a parent to say "cool" inappropriately and be embarrassing, so your kids can feel that they really are cool (or gravy or sick or whatever the word is among Young People Today)

There is nothing worse than a parent who is actually cooler than you, after all.
