KHolmes always looks like she's wearing her daughter, it irritates me for no known reason!

she is adorable though, Suri that is, not Katie, Katie is scary imho.
But not as scary as her dh.

I would be terrified to put my child down with all these people around trying to take her photo. Look at the picture that RubyShivers put up, in the background the woman (with the camera) looks absolutely desperate, running around, probably trying to get the "right" shot. I know it is their job, but some of these people seem to take it too far.

good point well made, it's true I can't imagine how nasty it must be to be chased by the papps.

It must be a protective thing. Can you imagine not being able to take your child to a park without being followed.

Wish they would not dress her up like a doll all of the time though. She always looks immaculate. Wouldn't mind some tips from Katie Holmes on how she gets her to stay still and have her hair brushed so neatly. My DD (same age) looks like Helena Bonham Carter.

think suri has the kind of hair that always looks brushed. dd3 hair is like that as long as its cut well

i might loanj K Holmes dd3 for the afternoon, and i'll take suri for the day, and see if people notice the difference...

Just because the photos we see are of her being carried does not mean she is always carried. It is hard to justify printing pics of celeb's kids and even harder if they are not on teh hip of teh celeb. At least when carried the publishers can say the pic is of the celeb, papping a child alone is just a plain invasion of privacy.

I doubt I'd be happy to put my toddler down when followed and surrounded by photographers and celeb hunters.

Maybe Katie does that baby/child wearing...

DS is carried a hell of a lot of the time. I can't be arsed to get out the pushchair, and he legs it if not
