I believe her to be genuinely anorexic. She looks shocking

I am reading Mark Frith's (Heat's ex Editor) book at the moment - he dedicates it to Posh - who saved Heat magazine. And probably now regrets it.

TBH how can she look after kids wearing those shoes and that short dress? It's only cos she's got the entourage with her. What happens if Cruz's shoe lace needs fastening? How would she do it in that get up?

And I am not a jeans and trainers for shopping Mum. I would be heeled boots and wrap dress or wedges and smart jeans, something like that.
