...I was reading grazia (I know, I know, my Mum got me a subscription) and she was asked about the comment made about wanting her current pregnancy to be a boy and she said she'd seen she'd come under criticism for it on forums.

I reckon she saw that thread on here. I wonder what her posting name is.

(I think this must be my most vacuous thread ever!)

If you are going to set yourself up as a Professional Mother (ie earning money out of being a parent) then one accept criticism of whatever you say in that 'celeb mother' capacity. Obviously, if we were slagging her off for comments made at say, a private dinner party which a Mnetter happened to be at, then that would be unfair.
Otherwise love, you're fair game!

sorry Flibbert, was writing this before your post appeared on my screen

I liked her comment about knowing that Jamie would never be unfaithful to her.

Oh god such a smug and risky thing to say. I winced for her.

Doesn't mean she wouldn't be hurt by some of the things posted about her husband.

I like Jamie Oliver but do sometimes wish he (and her) would cook in the 'real world' of no money, lack of time etc before they start with their critisising.
Am not a old hag either.

CaptainJaneway · 04/10/2008 16:54

Riven, isn't that what his new programme is about? I like Jamie, I think he's idealistic and that;s not a bad thing.

See my post about DP getting me a kebab in his pants last night.
I thought I'd given the game away.

Sorry actually I do really like them both.

That was just a joke but pleeeease Puss can I keep the name?

I agree with I'mnotmamaG actually and thought the other threads were pretty mean.
