How old were you when hen you had your first baby and your last baby?

Curious to know answers! I feel like I was quite young in my area for my first - 30… then second was 33. Still wondering about a third but I’m so tired I don’t think I’ll have the energy to do it if I’m any older!

First at 21, second 24, third 26, fourth at 30 and fifth at 35..... now I'm all done sadly! 😔

In all honesty, I do find it harder second time around, mostly as I work now but was able to leave my job and be a SAHM the first time around. I had no mum guilt and all the time and energy in the world. Zero pressure. People always assume it’s easier as ‘I’ve had a baby before’ and say you mellow as you get older but I have totally forgotten what it was like and if anything I’m more worldly wise so not as carefree and mellow as I was back in my early twenties. Saying this, it took me years to get my second and I have to pinch myself every single day that I have her, she’s the light of our lives, the most funny, amazing little character and I have zero regrets.

Had my first at 18 and my last a week before my 42nd birthday

24 and 29. Was advised to have children sooner rather than later due to a health condition that could worsen with age and make things harder. Luckily 2 very healthy kids and I found both pregnancies quite easy too. I’m glad I did it at those ages.

I'm lucky to have had 2 straightforward pregnancies but I'd say the second was actually easier. I guess because all my muscles had already stretched, I didn't get all the aches & pains that I had first time round!

Sadly?! Jesus! You're so lucky you're able to have so many. I had 2 miscarriages then by sheer luck had my one and only at 40. Never was in a position financially or were allowed to have kids where we lived. It's been a nightmare. I would give anything to go back and have at least one more so that my only won't be destined to be alone.
