He's trying to stop stories being reported. I feel it's something really bad. Stuff with sibling was allegedly in the first draft of his book, which was passed around the office before sensibly removed 🤢

What?? No why would you write that,

It’s in the court docs and he’s been in a psychiatric unit for a while now,

"Very ill" is doing some heavy lifting there. He's on a psych ward because he can't handle the truth about his abuse coming out.

That is the very definition of a self-inflicted harm. He wouldn't feel shame and fear and abandonment if he hadn't been an abusive arse to hundreds of people, would he?

I pity his 12 year old. I hope his mum is a resilient and dependable woman who can help him through this. It's not his fault that his father is a sex pest.

The article above says women and girls.

That is quite a distinction

Edited post to say allegedly it was in the first draft of his book which people got to read before it was removed.

There's another type of legal injunction called a SLAPP that oligarchs use. Not sure if he's got the money to try that

That’s not what a SLAPP is. It’s a generic term to describe any form of media litigation used oppressively to stifle legitimate reporting. It’s not a separate application in its own right.

You should request that’s deleted, that’s internet rumour only. You can’t post it lie it’s fact and make further accusations,

Ah thanks @Katrinawaves

Can't help thinking about that character "Anne" that DW did on Little Britain. Nominally unhinged an non verbal yet able to take phone calls and sound completely normal out of character🤔

Anonymity orders can’t work in a digital age anyway x.com/respectisvital/status/2117656374242898270?a=kPR19qhuokhqa7aton0&s=46

He’s very ill in hospital. His poor son, too.

If the courts worked for sex offences, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

But they don’t so we have to rely on trial by media.

If he is already in hospital, what does he need protecting from exactly, he is safe surely?

Additionally, if he has been sectioned and considered suffering from a MH disorder, is he lacking capacity, and if so, has the OS been instructed? Who is overseeing this? So how can he appeal?

Presumably then a Scottish newspaper could print the story

Cadeaukatze · Today 18:27

I'm guessing his books aren't going to be welcome in charity shops (or indeed any bookshops come to that). (I sadly have a few of my son's in a box in the garage that need disposing of).

It's bonfire night this week. Good opportunity 😁

The presumption is that he will not be planning to spend the entire remainder of his natural life in a mental health facility, only publication of these allegations will preclude any possibility of recovery from the current crisis.

This current detention started on 22/10/2026, so plenty of time to have discussed this with his legal team beforehand. He can also be detained for his own wellbeing without being considered to lack the capacity to deal with this on an ongoing basis.
