Would bats in the attic bother you?

Thinking of selling our house soon. We have a colony of bats in the attic. They cause no trouble but would this put you off as a buyer?

But it never stops you doing that. You just have to work with the bat people to make sure the creatures are given alternative accommodation. There are so many urban myths about bats - that they prevent development. They really don’t. You just have to do the right things

Yes at great additional cost . I’d still prefer a house without bats .

I have occasional rodent visitors in the loft, I hate hearing them. Not chuffed about bats up there idea, sorry.
