How do you pass the time on flights?

Apart from the usual reading, watching movies /downloaded tv programmes/ puzzles in book or on phone?
i still like travel books even tho there’s more info online, so often do some trip planning on the way out.
on the way back I often use the time to plan for some upcoming event or project.
So enough to keep me entertained in the above but just wondering if there’s something different I could be doing? No small DC to look after.

I travel a fair bit for work, mostly short haul but occasional long haul business class. It's probably the only time I ever watch movies so I really look forward to it. Maybe read a bit too.

I used to sew or crochet. Sometimes i watched the film.

Sleep, read, watch films, eat, drink. I’ll stick a sheet mask or those eye patches on and listen to some music while totally zoning out.

I always plan to write on my laptop, and never actually get any done.

My mum is usually sound asleep before the flight even takes off, and for the entire duration of the flight.

I read or people watch if on an aisle seat, stare out the window if window seat.
Teens listen to music.

I find airports exhausting - queues, luggage, security, etc, so I want to completely switch off on the plane, and HATE it when the person next to me wants to talk.
