What’s causing this rib pain

Just going to start with I have already seen my gp about this but I think I need to see someone else because I don’t agree with their opinion on what this is.

Nerve like stabbing pains around left ribs, towards the side kind of bra line level and beneath bra line. They come towards the front and move around to the back/bottom of shoulder blade. If I extend my right arm above my head my left ribs hurt, and when I twist to the left they hurt. The pain moves all around my left ribs, from the bottom at the front and wraps around the back of my ribs, not in a band of pain but more like intermittent stabs moving around them. Sometimes I feel the stabs even when I’m just sitting down doing nothing, but they’re mainly started by certain movements.

At first I thought it was my stomach, then pancreas and wondered if its kidneys. I’ve been seen by a gp who examined me and said it’s acid reflux, it’s not acid as I have zero heartburn or indigestion/reflux, although sometimes after eating I do get stabbing pain underneath my left breast area. I did think maybe it’s trapped wind but that wouldn’t cause pain with the twisting and lifting my arms above my head. Stumped!

I get this but it’s on my right side. It was particularly bad after my second baby. The first time I went to the doctors with it I was told to go to physio which was less than useless. It never felt like a muscular pain, it’s more of a digestion/gassy type pain that would be worse in the evening after a day of food than it would be in the morning. In the end I got referred for a gallbladder scan which showed a few ‘tiny gallstones’ but nothing significant. I lost the pregnancy weight and it disappeared never to be felt again until now… I had my fourth in March. Im
not convinced it’s gallstones but I’m still at a loss as to what it is.

I had this a couple of months ago - I thought it might be my bra - so swapped to a sports one - the pain came on suddenly - laughing was painful! I
stopped mounjaro thinking that might be the cause (gallstones?) and went to my gp, who was really thorough - was sent for blood tests / ultrasound and all came back ok.
It stopped after maybe 3 weeks!
