Well literally any drink without alcohol (or caffeine) will make sure you sleep better (in quality) than alcohol. That’s like asking if eating fruit is better for your diet than eating rat poison.

I drink these every night and I’ve found they help me sleep and have reduced the number of migraines I get. I’ve been using them for around a year.
However, I don’t drink alcohol every night so I never used them to replace an alcoholic drink,

I’ve been using them and my sleep has improved hugely. I didn’t drink alcohol before and I don’t now so it hasn’t replaced anything, just added a new habit in. I’d recommend them to anyone who might be having trouble sleeping.

I’ve been drinking these for 6 months or so. Really happy with them. I get a better sleep, more able to wake up ready for action, and more alert and focused throughout the day. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I tried them but did nothing for me, neither did magnesium tablets… think i am weird.

Why does anyone need a bedtime drink? What am I missing?
