Worried one child may struggle more with behaviour as he grows

I have two children. One I’m pretty sure will be ok. The other I worry about so much. I can already see how he’s drawn to characters he shouldn’t be drawn to, struggles with appropriate behaviour, generally needs a lot more ‘parenting.’

I can totally imagine him going completely off the rails when he’s older.

Try not to project into the future too much and focus on what you can do now in supporting him to make healthy choices. Get him into the right therapies early if he needs them and advocate for him in all the ways you can. Make sure he has good boundaries and routine. It’s about all we can do as parents beyond making sure they know they’re loved.
