Anyone else trying to check out a sainsbury's shop?

Shop due tomorrow but website and app are down. If it's not fixed by 11 I will have a very small and not very useful delivery!

No OP but I just looked on Downdetector and there seems to be widespread problems with Sainsbury's.

App down and website down. My shop is also due tomorrow. I had just finished a very big delivery and I couldn’t check out. Then it all went down. So I have the few items , also not very useful, coming that I held the basket with. Not happy.

Yes! We'll have a £60 bottle of champagne arriving (our holding item) and no food 😐

I wonder if they'll extend the 11pm deadline? I reckon all the Saturday morning slots are going to sell out straight away as well. Very annoying!

I now have to traipse round Sainsburys after work tomorrow, then dash home to receive a very expensive delivery, comprising only wine that I'd put in my trolley to reach the delivery threshold. So annoying!

I hope they sort it out and extend the checkout deadline before I go to bed...

I gave up at 22.54hrs and came to bed. Beyond annoying.

Call them to cancel the delivery to save you rushing home.

That’s usually what I hold a slot with until I have time to do the whole order 🤣 This time I’d managed to get a few bits reserved but nothing like the full order.

Thanks for this suggestion - I hadn't realised you could cancel after the 11pm deadline, but I phoned the store and managed to cancel 😅
