Frying pan recommendations

Need to replace my frying pan as food is starting to stick. Any recommendations. Willing to spend a decent amount for something that is actually really good and doesn’t keep some of my fried egg. Needs to be induction and oven safe. 28-30cm size. Ideally with a lid too for versatility.

We have got a Tefal Jamie Oliver pan. There are a number of different ones, ours is the one with the stainless steel handle which he uses on TV. I was sceptical of the celebrity endorsement, but we have it a few years now, and it’s excellent. By far the best non-stick pan we have had. It’s used sensibly and hand washed. Outlet malls, eg MacArthur Glen, seem to be the cheapest places to buy. Recommended.

I like my Stellar pans. They seem to be quite popular on here, and touted as being made to last forever, so I'm pleased that I bought them!

I have a Circulon one which seems bullet proof. Had it a while and it’s never had food stick, cleans very easily
