Has anyone else gone completely f ing bananas literally over the course of a couple of months when entering peri menopause 🤣

I ask because I’m normally quite a sane person. But here is a list of things that have happened the last few weeks and I’d like to make a post that people can join with their insane symptoms if it helps to vent.

. Randomly received the gift of a frozen shoulder.
. Watched a horror film with my son and cried that the ghost was only being nasty because it had had a traumatising death.
. Cried at my desk when one of my staff members told me her son had come home from nursery saying no one had played with him that day.
. Presented a meeting for 50 people and in the middle turned into a blotchy tomato, started sweating then tried to have a panic attack about absolutely nothing.
. My brain has decided that certain people who never bothered me before now enrage me for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
. Waking up at 2am like I’ve just been swimming

please feel free to join and make me feel less unhinged 🤣🤣🤣

Yes what's with the itchy ears? I've developed dry skin in both of mine that also itches.
Things below have shrunk.
I get half way through a sentence and then stop as the word I need is just not there.
Suddenly sweating so much from my thighs I soak my underwear.
Profusely sweating from my back the second I'm vaguely warm
Occasionally have night sweats
Have a shower/bath then sweat so much I wonder why I bothered.
Regularly steaming my own glasses up from my body heat.
Not sleeping until 3/4am.
Drive past junctions I need to take because I've lost track of where I'm going that day
And does anyone else have this? If I need to take a different route due to traffic/a closed road or similar, my mind goes blank and I can't remember an alternative way even though it's an area I know inside out

I'm enjoying giving less of a fuck about what people think of me though

The rage! Fuck me, it’s brutal. I thought I’d sorted mine with HRT, and I returned to a relatively “normal” state. Now, on my two weeks of progesterone or whatever the fuck its called, I am raging ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Husband keeps taking to me and I just want to hit him. With a shovel. Back to the GP for me!!!!
