I showed your picture to Google's Gemini and it said it was Avery pattern, manufactured by Threshold, sold exclusively by Target and produced between 2014 and 2017.

However accurate Gemini is. I asked it if the plate was ever sold by a UK retailer and it got huffy, telling me in a patronising fashion all the different ways an American plate could get to Britain.

I bet it's wrong. Don't whatever you do ask Gemini for directions when you're in a town you don't know. It's worse than useless. I'm still annoyed about how it couldn't find me an ATM yesterday and sent me all over everywhere.
