I've just gone through a really bad bout of (Medically induced) teeth grinding that's affected my TMJ. I found some exercises on for TMJ and teeth grinding pain. I've done them for about 4 nights in a row and it's really made a difference. I think there are three or four videos in the series but I've just been doing part two.
Do you teeth grind? You can get mouth guards from the dentist but before getting there, you can buy moldable disposable ones on Amazon.
I really wish you some quick relief. I would get checked by a dentiist or doctor though because of the dizziness, just to put your mind at rest. Good luck.
