my deal ends soon. My current rate is….. 0.94% I got it just at the beginning of covid.
I need to find a new deal by the end of the year. LTV is 45%.
currently with nationwide, but open to good deals!

It doesn’t really matter what other people’s rates are. It depends what’s available at this moment in time for you. I negotiated 3.94 pre Iran war. I doubt they are that now. Try London & Country and they will try to find the best deal for you.
