Beware of Asda "technical glitch "

Asda email this morning regarding canceling my online order. And after contacting customer service - they'll release money from 3 to 5 working days ! How it's even legal?
As I understand all online orders were cancelled (well, at least in East London).

Cancelled in Suffolk too 😩

Probably all of them then ....

Interesting, our Asda delivery was also cancelled this morning at 07:58 for an 8am delivery. We’re in the North East, wonder why they are all being cancelled?

Oddly I can’t log into the Asda website, haven’t been able to for weeks, nor George either.
