To move or not?

Has anybody any advice on completely starting anew somewhere else?

DH and I both hate where we live. There are no opportunities for kids, schools are awful, nothing around and just generally a crap place with a lot of negativity attached to things that have happened.
Weve spoke about moving a few times but it would mean a complete reset of everything. New schools, new jobs (i own my own business which im not particularly enjoying at the moment but can set up anywhere), new house, etc.
My family live about an hour away and there are so many more things to do for children. Schools are somewhat better but the place itself offers a lot more prospects.

Im not really sure if its doable, we could afford to move but its the thought of moving schools for the kids (they both have additional needs so it would be a huge things for them), then its finding new jobs.

We just are unable to make the decision to actually make the move. A lot of what ifs. I have quite bad anxiety too so im finding negatives with everything at the moment.

So I guess im just wondering if anybody has thought similar and gone for it? Any advice or stories would be appreciated.

I think I'd want to look into employment options first. Is there a market for your business & not too saturated? Can DH commute to current workplace?

@Saz12 thanks for your quick reply. The area we look to move has a lot of potential for my business and for me to be employed also. DH could commute but it would be an early rise and in the long term probably not financially viable but would be ok for short term.
