How do you combine a walking pad with a chair in a standing desk setup?

How do you set up a walking pad and a desk in the same space?
I'm about to move to a standing desk, I have the walking pad but how do I make sure I can use the walking pad and still work? I can't visualise it being a quick and easy switch?

Anyone got any great ideas? Setup they dont mind sharing?

Ooh good question! I’m about to take delivery of my new walking pad.

my desk is very wide and I plan a side by side arrangement, and just shuffle or swivel my laptop round to the right place.

Which desk have you gone for?

I have about 165cm width I can do...ish

my desk is more like a bench along one wall. And I have my laptop on a stand.

Im not sure walking and working at the same time is going well for me though. If I concentrate too much on work I fall off! And I get red faced and sweaty if I’m going at more than 2km per hour.

Listening to on-line training courses and presentations works well though.
