Hi all,

I'm looking to take my daughter with ASD & ADHD to Thorpe Park but I've only very recently discovered that since the last time we went it's changed to the RAP app and the Nimbus Card, which has just been approved.

It seems they release allocations of RAP tickets steadily throughout the year, but we were looking to go this Saturday, however there are none available. The only ones available are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri so as I work full time and we live in the North East this would mean taking 2 or 3 days off work to travel there, spend the day and travel home as the journey time is anywhere from 5 and a half hours without traffic

It also says on the Merlin website that to assist with last minute trips they release tickets 48hrs in advance of the day and I've been refreshing the app since 10am but none have come up.

There is currently no weekend availability for the remaining of September and no dates at all in October or November.

Surely, I can't be the only one who finds this incredibly frustrating or has this issue? It's hard enough trying to book something like this in when we live so far away but to literally have pretty much next to no availability is madness.

I sometimes find ones on the morning too

I don’t really understand your point. Yes, it is always annoying when you cannot do something because it is sold out but I don’t understand what is ‘madness’ about it. Other people have been more organised and bought their tickets before you got around to it. This must have happened to you with many things in life before?
