Stuck in a rut

Hello I am new to this site, I’m a single mum of boy and girl twins both are 7. I really want some advice and support towards what I’m about to describe as I’m struggling with getting through to the GP. I am 30 years old , I have an overactive thyroid which I am medicated for, adhd which I am medicated for (non stimulant) and severe anxiety and depression which I am medicated for. I might like to add I have been on antidepressants since I was 17 and have tried other ones not sure if I’m aloud to say what online. Or what the mumsnet rules are.
But I am struggling to understand what is wrong with me, for the past two years all I do is sleep and eat I have no motivation or emotions to wanting to do anything at all even things that I would enjoy, I am exhausted even though I do nothing ! I have no friends as I’m fairly isolated and don’t drive and struggle with interaction as I am awaiting autism assessment, both my children are SEN children one autistic one adhd, I have family support but don’t see them much due to distance. I have had a lot of abuse growing up and can’t disclose on here. I’ve tried councilling therapy and exercise nothing has helped I feel stuck and I don’t know what to do I don’t feel myself at all. Has anyone else experienced this ? I don’t feel depressed it’s different to how I usually feel

I'm wondering if you could be in autistic burnout? Being neurodivergent is hard, likely why you have struggled with mental health difficulties for so long.
looking after children, especially those with additional needs and all the additional work helping to manage emotions, restrictive diets/safe foods, all other the communicating and advocating for school etc can be so draining in itself, your on your own and don't get a break by the sound of things it's no wonder you're so tired.

Telling you to make time for you is probably far easier said than done in your circumstances but that would really help you, are there things that you can perhaps cut back on that you do? Do go away and research strategies to help yourself through autistic burnout x hopefully some of it can help you get back on track but it can take many months even years to start feel better if that's eat it is.
I've felt the tiredness and numbness in burnout and there's nothing I've felt that comes close so can empathise with you.
