Is this chicken pox? Or something else?

Does this look like chicken pox? Or hand foot and mouth? Or neither? First noticed these spots yesterday afternoon and they seem to have got slightly worse today. Fever yesterday but none today. There is hand foot and mouth and chicken pox going round nursery.

most spots are on his arm and legs, with one spot on the sole of his foot.

any ideas? Not sure if I can take him to a pharmacy to get diagnosed? Grandparents can help with childcare but I’d be a bit more nervous about that if it’s hand food and mouth

Sounds more like HFM than chickenpox

I’m gonna say molliscum

none on his chest. Just on arms, legs, 1 one on the sole of his feet and 1 on his face.

Molluscum doesnt come up suddenly like that in different places. It starts with a few and spreads with contact with other patches of skin.
