How do I make this cat hate me.

I seem to have been chosen.
I am a huge cat lover. I have three of my own.
There are three other cats that seem to want to move in.

  1. belongs to a neighbour up the street. She’s been coming to visit for years and spends nearly all her time in my garden. Neighbour knows where to find her and doesn’t have a problem with me giving her the occasional treat.
  2. Is a gorgeous bengal who’s been visiting for two summers. The minute I step outside to do some gardening she appears. She’s incredibly friendly but only towards me. If family come out she runs. I don’t know who she belongs to so I don’t feed her, we just have cuddles and she disappears when I’m not around.
  3. Has appeared over the last few weeks. She’s very young and very skinny. I’ve petted her a few times but she comes to our back garden where my three hang out and they are not happy. She sits on the fence and cries. My cats can’t get to her as we have netting to stop them wandering.
But now she’s started coming into my room at night. I can’t sleep without open windows no matter what the weather is. She’s come in for the past three nights. She seems to be out all night, she wears a collar with three bells so jingles a lot. I’ve no idea who she belongs to. I haven’t fed her, and don’t want to upset her owner. I need to make her hate me, how? 😀

I’m afraid it doesn’t work like that. You belong to her now.

I'd put a paper collar on her asking who's she is and to call you - it might be that she's a stray despite the collar and if she's that skinny she's suffering. And once you know she has a home you can work on detering her.

Put a net/mesh screen on the window. You’ll still get the fresh air but animals won’t be able to get in.

Can you put something on the local spotted group on Facebook?? There are always people looking for lost moggies.
She might have wandered a fair way from home

Yep, cats are thinking 'you're my person now' in the voice of Papa Lazarou.

Could she be on heat? I would paper collar her and try and find her owner . If no response then a water pistol can deter cats. We have lots of lovely cats visiting us but sadly my cat gets very distressed so def zero cuddles for visitors and a water pistol for those that try and square up to my cat.

Please feed her if she's skinny!😢

Please don’t ! She is young ,people forget it’s normal for a young cat to be slim. Paper collar then take to vets if no response if you really think a cat is lost or unwell , dont feed other peoples cats!
