Could you please advise what I should do in this situation?
I have been raising complaints regarding the non-delivery of two large items from two separate orders. The smaller boxes from both orders were delivered, but the larger boxes were missing, so I escalated both cases to the seller, who then raised them with the courier.
After almost 10 days, both missing boxes have now been delivered. However, both boxes arrived ripped open and had been roughly re-taped/resealed.
On initial inspection, nothing appears to be missing, as each box appears to contain the expected large item. However, given that both packages were delayed for almost 10 days and have arrived in this condition, I am concerned that they may have been opened or tampered with while in the courier's possession.
Should I report the condition of the packages as a new issue, or should this be treated as part of the original non-delivery complaints? I would also like to know what people would do in this kind of circumstance.
I mean, should I just accept it since both items were delivered after all?
