Feeling sick and delayed periods 14 weeks after having a baby

Bit of history. I had baby girl nearly 14 weeks ago. She's been formula fed from birth I've had one period since having her that lasted for 12 days. I felt sick before hand but just put that down to hormones and everything settling. This month Wow!! it's now cycle day 39 and I've felt nothing but sick for the whole week to the extent I was heaving yesterday. Im definatley not pregnant just wondering if anyone's had anything similar after having a baby 😩

If you have had sex since your baby was born in would suggest a pregnancy test to be sure.

If you havent had sex, hormones take a while to settle. It could just be that?

Have you had sex at all? I knew someone (many years ago) who had a surprise pregnancy soon after giving birth, and ended up with only an 11 month gap between the babies….

I would check in with your doctor. He will probably do a pregnancy test in there and if it's negative request a scan, just to make sure everythings above board

Assuming you aren’t pregnant as you say you definitely aren’t, hormones can make us nauseous and your body is probably readjusting back into having regular cycles so your hormones might be a bit all over the place.
