Just stepped over my neighbour, passed out in front of the house and I realised this is actually the third neighbour I've found unconscious out front!🤔

When I was a student and live in a building full of students I would often step over my drunk conked out classmates, but not since then. Do you happen to live in a halls of residence?

Passed our pissed? Tripped and banged their head? Or fainted?

This was my thought too. The only place I expect this to be the norm. Unless OP lives in a very very bad area.

How often is this happening / how many passed out neighbours have you had?

Why had they passed out?

Did you check your neighbour was okay? Or literally just step over them?

Do you live near some kind of "halfway house" or somewhere that houses people more likely to pass out? (Somewhere people with alcohol or drug issues live?)

So bizarre.

Not normal to find multiple people passed out on your street.

Also not normal to step over a passed out person. You should probably have checked them over, see if they are breathing and responsive? If not you should put them in the recovery position and call an ambulance.

Indeed. A normal response to finding a collapsed individual would be to check they are breathing and summon medical assistance.

First one often did it coz his parents kicked him out due to drug/alcohol issues , after him was an older man (again with the drugs and alcohol).
I thought the other side was normal but found one conked out until neighbours threw a bucket of water on him!

I usually call the police if they don't shift. Waking them yourself usually gets you threatened with violence!🙄
