Lapland UK- SEN friendly?

We’ve never been before and am thinking about getting tickets when they do their final release. My dd is autistic and might need small breaks if she gets overwhelmed (sensory sensitivities and anxiety) Is that possible? Could we step out of an area briefly to regulate before rejoining? We plan to go on a Monday in November but I’m still expecting it to be busy. Can anyone who’s been advise on how SEN friendly they are? She’d love to go so I’m really hoping we can make it accessible for her

The ideal day to go is Superstars day which is totally for SEN families. Reduced numbers and some adaptations to the activities etc. Whatever the kids do no-one bats an eyelid! (Maybe check just in case of any cancellations?)
But the staff are all amazing and we know SEN families that have gone on standard days and had a great time. Best tip is to go for an early session so there are less people overall.
You go through in timed groups, but there is scope to take some time out if needed, and as I say the staff are amazing. Just be prepared for some eye rolls and tutting from the typical parents if your child dysregulates because they've paid so much for their day out.
If you go, enjoy! It's magical. Otherwise maybe get in the booking queue for Superstars day next year?

Thank you that’s really good to know. Unfortunately I can’t get the day off work for superstars day but I think she will be ok if we go early and as long as she knows she can have a break if needed. She isn’t disruptive when overwhelmed so won’t bother anyone else or draw any attention. We’ll just need to quietly step aside for a bit. Thanks again for your reply- feel much more confident about booking now!

So, just to throw a curved ball here, but for £ per hour, it's actually better value to go actual Lapland! We did an amazing trip a few years ago with our kids and it was so laid back. My son is suspected AuDHD and it was brilliant for him!

Hoping to do actual Lapland in a year or two. Can you recommend a particular package?
