Last time I got blood results I couldn't understand I copied and pasted them into Google Gemini. It did help explain. Do you have access, or to chatgpt I think it is?

Your lab may have different reference ranges to ours, but our normal range is something like 0.52 to 5.6, which would make your most recent result normal. Are you on anti thyroid medication, or thyroid replacement?

You need the TSH and T3/T4 to be able to interpret them. Your previous results showed low for both when if T4 is low then TSH should be high to drum it back up, so that was abnormal. But the more recent ones look better but they are still nearly a year old.
