I am looking for some ideas other than sandwiches and wraps for the kids to take to school. One is in highschool and is quite picky and the other one eats anything but crisps and chocolate has been banned.
What are you making for your kids this term?

My kids liked hummus and veggies, pasta or rice salads, sushi, crackers and cheese or cold meats, hot flask with soup or bean chilli

My ds likes home made tzatziki and warm wholemeal pittas. They have a toaster in the 6th form common room. Or sausage rolls or scotch eggs and tomatoes,

Flasks of thick soup in winter with crusty bread.

Mini frittatas made in muffin tins you can freeze them and they will have defrosted by lunch time, pate or hummus with crackers and crudites, pasta or couscous or quinoa or noodle salads, anything in pastry eg some left over curry to make samosa type things, pasties, small quiches, a selection of "picky bits" or anti pasti/tapas. In the winter soup or stew or pasta in sauce or beans and sausages in a flask.
