Has anyone used the NHS whistleblowing service about workplace bullying?

I work in a non clinical role in the NHS. It is the most toxic workforce I have ever worked in. It is appalling. It is a culture of bullying, micro management and toxic leaders.

I and most of my colleagues are desperately looking for new jobs. We are broken. We have so many staff off on stress leave. I am trying not to allow this job to make me ill but it is getting harder and harder to come to work.

Today I rang the whistleblower hotline. I wanted advice. Not holding out much hope. The person I spoke to was sympathetic but just kept telling me my managers will probably work out it is me that had contacted them.

They said they will call me back as the right person for my area wasn’t available,

Had anyone used this whistleblowing service before? I’m scared of the consequence and wondering if it’s even worth it.

Ah the nhs .... claim they want whistle blowing but do everything to put people off reporting ...saying your managers will work out who is calling
