Strange migraine symptoms, anyone else?

I’ve suffered from migraines for a long time, wondering if anyone else gets this symptom: it feels like I’m wearing glasses that are too sharp. Not just that the lights are brighter but also that my vision is 2x better, sometimes there’s also a bit of a fishbowl look. There’s also sometimes a wooshing sensation inside of my head, it feels unreal and sort of like I’m being taken up in a lift to the sky or something. And there is also a sort of depersonalisation feeling, like I’m a bit outside of my body almost?

Look up ocular migraines. My normal head-hurting migraines needing a dark room eventually morphed into no pain but no vision migraines where only having closed eyes (catnap or meditating) helped ease it. It changed when I hit the menopause.

Thank you. That doesn't seem quite to describe my symptoms but I'll certainly keep an eye, they seem to change as I approach the menopause.
