Dla renewal

Renewal date 13th September
Scan date 18th May
Mrc Lrm
Phoned today and told decision was made 27th August gone from Mrc to Hrc and stayed on Lrm. Said first payment is due 16th September however my normal payment originally was due 8th September for the mrc lrm.

My questions

1. Will I still get paid the 8th September mrc / lrm and then again 16th September
2. Do dla back pay from scan date on renewal or not

i did ask on the phone but the line went dead and it was a 1.5 hour queue wait when I first phoned. Currently waiting for letter.
