I’ve had a really bad experience with a company. I’ve used ‘which’ magazine as they are a which trusted trader, and the company has agreed to pay some of the money we spent correcting their work.
the next step is an Alternative Dispute Resolution.
has anyone done this? Is it worth doing or is it too much stress/ time?
im just so appalled at the companies attitude and how they are getting off Scot free and doing similar to other people
