She looks at the definition of emotional harm and abuse and breaks down the argument of whether this would fall under those categories.

The issue isn’t her lifestyle, but the concerns are that she could be seen to be sexualising the baby by the kind of content she is posting that includes the baby. Sexual abuse can be non-contact.
