New school year new job - anyone else?

Anyone starting a new job tomorrow/this week/month? I am and I have major impostor syndrome before even starting I was offered the job the day I was interviewed, so they must have liked what the saw, HR has been a long slog and now the day is here - big change in both job, commute and knock on in family life and I hate change Eek!

I think pretty much everyone has imposter syndrome when they are starting a new job.

When i first started teaching i would never leave anything written on board at the end of the day. I felt like someone was going to come in and say, ' come on, u have had your fun, u know u shouldn't be in here'

I start a new role in a week’s time and I swing between excitement and feeling like I’m going to throw up!

DD2 starts a new 6th form on Wednesday after a rough year last year and she’s nervous.

Yes, starting a new job tomorrow. I've been on garden leave since June and I think my brain has gone to mush! It's a really big step up too - I've gone from a head of to deputy CEO

Whoohoo, survived day one, but now I have to go back and do it again! Hoping that it will become routine quickly! Hope you all feel like you've made the right decision.
