Picking kids up from Leeds Festival

I went yesterday, and we have friends who are staying to bring my kids home today. BUT there were massive queues coming in last night, presumably to do pickups. It looked like a nightmare especially in the mud.

Please tell me your stories of getting in and out of Leeds Festival without losing your mind x

Just make peace with it being a big festival and there will be lots of traffic?

Jesus what is wrong with kids in 2026. Can they not use the shuttle

Shuttle bus was t going anywhere , Stuck on the M1 with everyone else

Take water and snacks - ours were knackered and starving when we eventually got to them.

The queue take ages, there's not much you can do about it.

I’ve honestly never been as knackered as when I’ve been at a 3/4 day festival, even after having kids etc. Definitely water and snacks
