Recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Antwerp

Hi all, going to Antwerp for 4 days end of September with DH. Staying in city centre, arriving by train, no car. Would love recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do.
Restaurants - mix of Flemish and any other cuisine, mid priced, really good food
Bars - big beer drinkers 😊, nowhere too packed or lively
Things to do - museums, galleries, bit of shopping, chocolate shops
