£9.50 sun holidays - any good?

I often stay in caravans for hols and feel like the sun ones are considerably cheaper (even when you add on the extras). But is there a reason for that?

Does anyone have good experiences of any in the south? Some of the reviews of even the best ones are terrible (i asked chat gpt to recommend ones based on trip advisor and other public reviews).

I have been on loads, ever since they started. We always had reasonable accommodation, can't think of any bad accommodation to be honest. Still go on a couple every year now the children have grown up. I have never been abroad though so can't comment on the foreign ones.

Been on the UK ones quite a few times they’ve been great

They are great. Keep costs down by finding holidays with no extras needed or pay for some extras depending on budget. Had great holidays in North.

Do you mean The Sun? Please do not give them a penny of your money 😠

We went on our first one this year. Didn't expect much for the price but it was genuinely lovely. No complaints about the caravan or area. Kids loved it. Only issue I found was with our place being more rural the onsite entertainment was all we really had except the park and beach when it wasnt raining, which quickly became costly.

I'm a lone parent working part time, so it was nice to be able to afford our first few days away and just relax. Next time I will probably budget for extra spending money or research less enclosed sites.
