Hi, I home educate my two kids and have been quite active online regarding home Ed and the issues that I have with schools and the education system, I don’t think that schools add safe and I’ve posted some admittedly strong messages online. Recently someone screenshotted some of my posts and sent them to my employer. I’ve now been asked to delete the posts as my employer isn’t happy. why on earth would someone tell my employer and is this fair?
