It will always be Lake Ontario. Like it has been for the last 400 plus years named by the Indigenous peoples of now Canada.

Too right! I enjoy going to Lake Ontario when I visit family in Toronto. It will never be known by another name by me.

It’s only America that’s changed the name isn’t it? Like the Bay of America?

RoW aren’t going to change it and I’m sure it will all be changed back in a few years in America too.

As someone who grew up on Lake Ontario (Canada side) it is so deeply offensive.

I believe the Atlantic Ocean will be getting a glow up in the form of a rename by Donald too…. Any guesses what it might be called??

I found out today that Google have obediently agreed to labelling the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America if you access a map from the US. In Mexico the map says Gulf of Mexico and in ROW , it reads Gulf of Mexico ( Gulf of America). Its no wonder the ridiculous man thinks he is all powerful when the tech companies bow down to him.

Canada should rename Florida to "North Cuba", and Palm Beach specifically to "East Tehran".

Well he did say an Ocean was next but said it would either be the Atlantic or Pacific. He may say that as Hawaii is in the Pacific that they now own the ocean and calm it American Ocean…

Apparently, Google maps has already changed it to Lake America for US users...

I am particularly enjoying some Canadians suggesting renaming Lake Michigan to Lake Epstein as a response 😂

Can you imagine the poor American children who will be educated learning about the Bay of America, and Lake America.

The North Sea will become the Yorkshire Ocean.
