I think the Atkins diet book is worth reading. It really started the whole thing and its good to understand the theory and science.

I always used this food list to guide my menu planning: Atkins Food List.pdf

My meal plans were always quite boring, meat and veg. I focused on protein for snacks. Avoided bread, pasta and potatoes. Generally tried to keep to less than 30-50g carb a day, didn't really count calories as that's the whole point of the plan, eat low carb until you are not hungry and I found after a few weeks I absolutely ate less as I was full from eating more protein and less carbs and sugar.

Dukan diet works for me. I have the first version and then a more gentle version. I think it is still a “thing”.

Monya Kilian Palmer has a series of great books, all keto/low carb. She posts them on Instagram too. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, both sweet and savoury. We have several and they were so useful when we started on low carb.
