I'm sorry to hear this, it sounds so very hard. There is a support group called WAY. If you joined you could meet other young women in the same position as you, providing mutual support and encouragement.

WAY Widowed & Young - Bereavement support UK

WAY is the only national UK charity providing bereavement support for anyone aged 50 or under when their partner died.

I am so sorry you also are widowed at, I assume, a younger than usual age. It’s so hard. How long ago did your husband die? How old are your children? My children were 7 and 10 when DH died a few years ago. There has been many really difficult days when being the only parent has felt impossible. I also hugely recommend WAY Widowed and Young, there are many people there who understand what you are going through and so much support.

I'm so very sorry, sweetheart. Every day must seem such a struggle. Do contact WAY, they are amazing.and you'll get the support you need from people going through the same. Big hugs.

I'm sorry to hear this. I agree with everyone else, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to them. Xx
