Does anyone have this Hoover washer/dryer?

I’m stuck - cannot get it to wash and dry - clothes are still wet and not even warm.
I then did a test with just a couple of teatowels and turned on ‘high heat’. I waited 15 mins and they were lukewarm…
Am I doing something wrong or is my machine broken?!

Got a Hotpoint washer dryer as part of our new kitchen last year. Wish we hadn’t bothered. The washer is great with a good eco wash. The dryer is useless and as you described. Towels come out warm but still wet.
We’d previously had a utility room with separate appliances in our house we moved from. We’ve ended up putting a dryer in the shed.
Wish I’d looked at reviews or asked on MN first.

I have a similar one, I have only used the dryer a couple of times but had Google the manual to work out how to set it.
Have you looked at the manual? It shouldn't be so complicated!

Manual is lost unfortunately.

Thanks - maybe it’s just rubbish then!

@whywontyoudrystuff The manual will be available online. Didn’t help us though.
