Best website for refurbished laptops?

DC wants to spend their own £££ on a laptop.
Has anyone bought online using the Back Market site?
We've heard mostly very positive experiences, but has anyone had a bad experience buying from there?

Would be very grateful for any advice, or alternative sites recommendations as I haven't got a clue.

Argos have a store on ebay that sells refurbished tech. I have never had a problem buying from them.

I've bought from Back Market for some items we were donating and had a positive experience. No issues and the items were as advertised.

Backmarket offers a good range and it's worth taking a look on Amazon's refurb store if you are after a specific model.

There is a computer repair chap near me who, when I ask, often has refurbished lap-tops for sale.
Ive bought 2, both top grade, both no issues at all. Local chap did all the data transfer etc for me. He’d be on call face to face if I needed him. Great after sales service.
Look local. You might find a real bargain.

I’ve bought 3 phones from back market and had no bad experiences

My son bought a Macbook and an iPhone from Back Market and both were good. The phone was immaculate and better than described.
