Best internet option for supported living with unreliable house Wi-Fi

my Ds2 is in supported living he has the house internet at but it’s unstable so wanting the internet for YouTube and Netflix what’s the best way to go about it. Cheers

It depends on the problem.

Does he have decent coverage elsewhere in the home but not where he needs it? A WiFi booster might help.

Is the coverage awful everywhere in the house? Moving the router somewhere different can help.

If the coverage is awful and the router is in the best place then talk to the provider. They might send a different router out, or suggest other ideas, or you might need a different provider altogether (speak to the neighbours to see what they have).

I got him a fibre 150 package £22 per month.

Thats just to the home/router. What is it like inside?

Is the router in a corner, or low down hidden behind furniture or placed inside a bookcase? Does the signal have to go through a lot of walls?
